WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY: ODAA OPUO COMMENDS TEACHERS FOR THEIR INVALUABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO SOCIETY

On the occasion of World Teachers’ Day 2026, Chief (Dr.) Nweke Kingsley Chizoba, Odaa Opuo 1 na-Ala Igbo, the PDP candidate for Enugu East Senatorial District, extends his warmest greetings and heartfelt appreciation to teachers, school owners, educators, administrators, and all stakeholders in the education sector.

Teachers are the architects of tomorrow. Beyond the classroom, they shape character, nurture talents, inspire ambition, instil discipline, and equip young people with the knowledge and values needed to contribute meaningfully to society.

Their work requires patience, sacrifice, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the development of the next generation. Every lesson taught, every student encouraged, and every life positively influenced represents an investment in the future of our communities, Enugu State, and Nigeria.

Odaa Opuo recognises and deeply appreciates the invaluable contributions of teachers to education, human capital development, community growth, and nation-building. On this special day, he salutes every teacher who continues to serve with dedication despite the challenges confronting the profession.

To our teachers and educators: thank you for teaching, inspiring, mentoring, guiding, and shaping the future. Your impact extends far beyond the classroom, and your contribution to society will never be forgotten.
