Rt. Hon. Jonathan Chukwuma Leads Condolence Visit to Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji in Akpugo
Rt. Hon. Jonathan Chukwuma, accompanied by members of his political family and supporters, paid a condolence visit to the residence of Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji in Akpugo following the death of his mother.
The visit was marked by moments of reflection, prayers, and expressions of sympathy as attendees gathered to comfort the bereaved family and pray for the peaceful repose of the deceased.
During the visit, Rt. Hon. Chukwuma described the late matriarch as a virtuous and compassionate woman whose life reflected sacrifice, service, and strong moral values. He noted that her legacy was evident in the character and public service record of her son, Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji.
He also commended Chief Nnaji’s leadership qualities and contributions to governance and development in Enugu State, describing him as a notable figure in public service whose efforts have impacted communities positively.
According to him, the visit also provided an opportunity to appreciate past gestures of support, including reported employment opportunities facilitated for individuals within his political circle, which he said had positively affected several families.
Rt. Hon. Chukwuma further expressed continued political support for Chief Nnaji, reaffirming the commitment of his political structure ahead of the 2027 governorship election in Enugu State.
The visit ended on a solemn but hopeful note, with renewed calls for unity, strength, and collective progress for Enugu State.
