🇳🇬 NIGERIA AT 66: RENEWING OUR HOPE, UNITY AND COMMITMENT TO A BETTER NATION

As Nigeria celebrates 66 years of Independence, I warmly felicitate with Nigerians at home and across the world on this significant national occasion.

October 1 is a day to reflect on our journey as a nation, honour the sacrifices of our founding fathers, and celebrate the resilience, courage and determination of the Nigerian people.

Our journey has not been without challenges, but Nigeria remains a nation of immense potential. Our diversity, youthful population, entrepreneurial spirit and abundant human and natural resources provide a strong foundation for a more prosperous future.

At this important moment in our national life, we must continue to promote unity, justice, peace, accountable leadership and economic opportunities that place the welfare and dignity of the Nigerian people at the centre of governance.

For us in Enugu, the aspiration must remain clear: to build a society where government works for the people, where young people can dream and succeed, where businesses can thrive, and where every community has the opportunity to develop

As we celebrate our 66th Independence Anniversary, let us renew our faith in Nigeria and our commitment to building the country we all desire.

May God bless Nigeria, Enugu State ,bless our people, and guide our nation towards a brighter and more prosperous future.
